SISTAHFRIENDS serves young and adult women who are depressed, emotionally vulnerable or at risk of experiencing depression, anxiety, personal crisis or trauma. We serve transitionally aged youth (TAY) 18 to 25, adults 26 to 59, and older adults from 60 and up. We also serve seniors and women with disabilities.
